Return & Replacement Policy
At  https://auradecordesign.in we take great pride in the quality and sanctity of our Islamic products. Each item is carefully inspected and packaged to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, we understand that issues can occasionally occur during transit.

To ensure a smooth resolution, please take note of our policy:

1. 7-Day Return Window
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect (different from what you ordered), you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your delivery. After this 7-day period, we will unfortunately be unable to process a return or replacement.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To verify the condition of the product and identify any transit damage, we strictly require an Unboxing Video.

How to do it: Before opening the parcel, start recording a clear video.

What to show: Show the shipping label clearly, then proceed to open the package and inspect the product in one continuous, unedited clip.

Why it's needed: This video serves as physical proof of the "product reality" and is essential for us to claim insurance from the courier or hold our packaging team accountable.

Please Note: Without a clear unboxing video, we reserve the right to refuse any claims regarding damaged or missing items.

3. How to Initiate a Claim
